This one-day course is for people with food allergies and intolerances, and those who cook for them – whether for family members or for preparing food in guest houses, B&Bs, cafes, hotels and schools. During the day you will sample a huge range of foods, do some hands-on work and leave with inspiration, information and recipes to try yourself.
