PAYMENT


We must receive full, cleared payment for an order before we despatch the goods. You can pay online using Paypal or by sending a cheque.

DELIVERY OF GOODS


We aim for you to receive your order within seven days, this is subject to seasonal variation. We specify the method and address for delivery when you make your order. Risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to you on delivery.

 

 

RETURNS

If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods please contact us to claim a full refund or replacement. We ask that you contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods you will receive a full refund or replacement including the cost of postage and packaging, if returned within 28 days of the date of the invoice (including a copy of the original invoice) to: Trill Farm, Musbury, Axminster, Devon, EX13 8TU. You may exchange or have a refund on all goods, providing they are sealed and unopened and in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of the original purchase. Please send with a proof of purchase (in the instance where you have no receipt, the company will be happy to offer an exchange) again to the above address. This does not affect your statutory rights.
