The draw of the sea is undeniable. The local shoreline pulls us in, whether we’re foraging, relaxing or catching mackerel on a summer’s evening. Ingredients from the coast are frequently the highlight of Chris's menus year round. In this course, we share with you the skills needed for the preparation of some of our favourite recipes from our nearest shores.

Covering the preparation of both fish and shellfish, we’ll share our favourite recipes for each, as well as introduce you to foraged vegetables and herbs from along the coastline. In keeping with the wild nature of the ingredients, recipes will feature natural cooking techniques to bring out the unique flavours specific to the Jurassic Coast.
