Join Chris Onions in the Old Dairy Kitchen for a day learning the the skills needed to prepare a range of wild meat.

The day will involve plucking and preparing a game bird and making a delicious main course with the meat. You will then skin and joint a rabbit and be shown the process of butchering a whole deer, before you take part in making game sausages to pack up and take home.
