Join Chris Onions in the Old Dairy Kitchen to learn bread and baking skills.

From sourdough starters to kneading techniques and seasonal recipes, you will make a sourdough loaf in the morning, enjoy an organic lunch together and then work on pastry and seasonal specialities in the afternoon.

You'll make the most of the time of year by adding fresh ingredients, and by featuring recipes that are in harmony with the season, every course will be slightly different.

Cost: £110 (£115 for festive baking) per person
