In the light of the recent developments with Covid-19 I am writing to inform you that we have made the difficult decision to close the B&B until end of April and postpone the following events at Trill Farm:

Fungal Foray - 19th March
Creative Writing Retreat - 25th March
Natural History walk - 26th March
Supper and Conversation - 27th March
Foraging Walks - 18th April
Botanical Stroll - 23rd April
Mead Tasting - 24th April
Fungal Foray - 30th April

We will be in touch with you all individually with new dates for these courses. The Old Dairy Kitchen and Trill Farm Garden will be continuing their work as usual and will no doubt be in touch soon as things unfold. If you would like to join their mailing lists please do so via these links:

We wish to let you know that Trll Farm has no confirmed cases of Covid-19. However, after conversations with staff, resident businesses and our partners, we have taken these precautionary measures to safeguard both the Trill Farm community and our customers. These decisions have not been taken lightly, but the situation regarding COVID-19 is developing rapidly. Our priority is to ensure the wellbeing of our customers, staff and residents.

At this time we hope to re-open our programme of activities at the beginning of May. However, this will be reviewed according to circumstances and we will keep you all informed as to any changes in our programming through email or on our website.

As you’ll be aware, this is having a devastating effect on many sectors. We are doing all we can to ensure fairness and responsibility to our customers, our staff and our partners.

Refunds and cancellations of all our courses will be financially extremely difficult for the Trill Farm businesses. We are sympathetic to everyone’s circumstances, including our own employees. If you are able to we would ask you not to cancel but rather to wait and let us contact you to rebook when things settle.

We are monitoring the situation daily and will be keeping you updated with regards to what Trill Farm is planning. These are unprecedented and uncertain times. Stay connected and strong.

Best wishes

Romy and the team at Trill Farm
