Join Chris Onions in the Old Dairy Kitchen to learn some bread basics.

From sourdough starters to kneading skills and baking techniques, you will make a country loaf and a sourdough boule in the morning, enjoy an organic lunch together and then work on seasonal recipes in the afternoon. You'll make the most of the time of year by adding fresh ingredients and featuring recipes that are in harmony with the season - every course will be slightly different.
